Team members from the Tampa Water and Commercial Divisions, vendors, and City officials, including the mayor, joined in the milestone celebration.

The project team is constructing a four-MGD reverse osmosis water treatment plant, including an administration building, raw water well pumps and piping, odor control system, chlorine gas building, blending structure, and chemical feed systems.
